Itinerary
Day 1: Hanoi - Ba Be Lake ( L, D)
Depart your hotel in Hanoi. Visit the ethnology museum to see the rich cultures of the various tribes that live in Vietnam. Drive off road to Ba Be with a stop at a Hill Tribe market. Arrive Ba Be Park headquarters and check-into Ba Be guest house.
Day 2: Optional sunrise nature walk, breakfast.( B, L, D)
Depart for river paddle. Begin paddle down the Nang River through marshlands and onto the lake. The journey is easy and calm going. Picnic lunch on the stream bank. On the lake enjoy the tranquility of the unspoilt tropical jungle, clear water and limestone mountains. Return to the Village for dinner and over night stay.
Day 3: Optional Sunrise lake paddle.( B, L, D)
Explore the lake and the national park with its limestone grottoes, wildlife and ethnic minority villages. Return to the guest house for dinner and over night stay.
Day 4: Check-out and departure for Hanoi. ( B, L)
More canoeing then breakfast served by the lakes, swimming. Leave for Hanoi by 10.00 am, lunch on the way at noon. Arrive in hotel by 5.30 p.m.

Trip includes:
